IRV Appraisers Privacy Notice

This notice explains how IRV Appraisers LLC handles information collected through irvappraisers.com and related appraisal inquiries.

Information we collect and use

We collect information you provide, including your name, email, phone number, property address, appraisal purpose, and message. We use it to respond, discuss appraisal needs, evaluate assignment requirements, and maintain business correspondence. Submitting an inquiry does not establish an appraisal assignment.

Storage and access

Inquiries arrive in company Gmail. Relevant details may also be saved in business spreadsheets, contact lists, appraisal software, or downloaded files. Within IRV Appraisers, access is limited to Christopher and Scott.

Service providers

Web3Forms processes submissions and delivers email notifications; Gmail receives and stores them. This website is hosted through OpenAI’s ChatGPT Sites service. Hosting, form, and email providers may process technical information, including IP addresses, to operate, secure, and deliver their services. Submission emails may include your IP address. Providers follow their own processing and retention practices; deleting an IRV-held email does not necessarily delete provider-held records. Cookies

Our hosting providers use cookies, including Cloudflare bot-protection and security cookies. We also observed __Host-appgarden-visitor; its specific purpose remains under clarification with the hosting provider. We have not installed advertising pixels, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Clarity. Providers may still process technical or usage information under their own practices. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking them may affect access or operation.

Retention

We keep inquiry information while discussions remain active. For closed or inactive inquiries that do not become assignments, monthly cleanup deletes eligible IRV-controlled records and relevant copies once 90 days have elapsed since the last substantive communication. Deletion occurs at the monthly cleanup, not necessarily on day 90. Assignment records, disputes, and applicable recordkeeping obligations are handled separately and may require longer retention. Limited contact details may be kept for an ongoing professional relationship with a continuing business purpose. Provider retention practices apply separately.

Sensitive information

Provide only information needed to explain your inquiry. Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment account details, or confidential legal or financial documents through the form.

Privacy requests and updates

Email irvappraisers@gmail.com with privacy questions or correction/deletion requests. Christopher or Scott will review requests, verify relevant details as appropriate, and consider applicable requirements and recordkeeping obligations. We may update this notice when our practices change.
